1.   Supreme Court Application by the Inverhuron and District Ratepayers' Association (IDRA)
This PDF document is a succinct statement of the arguments made unsuccessfully by the IDRA to the top three levels of Canada's courts regarding the high level radioactive waste storage facility under construction at the Bruce nuclear site.  The IDRA was asking for an independent environmental assessment of the site.

4.  Dr. David Hoel's Affidavit re: AECB childhood leukemia studies
In it's 1999 Federal Court action, the Inverhuron and District Ratepayers' Associaton wanted to include as evidence an affidavit by Dr. David Hoel, internationally noted expert on the cancer effects of chemicals and ionizing radiation.  The affidavit called into question the methodology and results of studies of rates of childhood leukemia done by the the Atomic Energy Control Board of Canada (AECB) for areas around the Bruce and Pickering nuclear generating stations.  The affidavit was deemed by the court to have been received too late to be included in its deliberations.
